dc.description.abstractA Tendinopatia patelar é uma cinético-patologia causada pela dor em joelhos de atletas, e está relacionada como uma disfunção degenerativa no tendão patelar, gerando uma dor localizada no tendão patelar próximo as inserções na patela e na tuberosidade tibial. Esta patologia em esportistas vem a ser relacionada com o nível de competição e o tempo em que este praticante está em atividade, sendo assim comum em atletas do basquete, handebol e voleibol, devido ao alto impacto, sendo está a semelhança entre estes esportes, havendo uma prevalência cinéticopatológico no tendão patela variando de 11,8 a 14,4 % nos praticantes destes esportes. Dessa forma o estudo é de suma importância não só para os alunos de fisioterapia, mas também para todas as pessoas que se interessam pelo assunto e desejam obter um conhecimento mais aprofundado sobre o tema. O questionamento nesse contexto mostra que a fisioterapia no processo de reabilitação dessa lesão é muito importante para os atletas de handebol. Assim, procuramos recolher dados / informações com o objetivo de responder à seguinte questão de investigação: Qual a importância do fisioterapeuta na reabilitação destes atletas. Qual a dificuldade do atleta em realizar suas atividades após uma lesão no tendão patelar. Seu objetivo de maneira geral é falar sobre a importância do profissional de fisioterapia no incremento de um programa de reabilitação eficaz na recuperação de pacientes com tendinopatia patelar. A coleta dos dados compreenderá os períodos de agosto a novembro de 2022 e de março a junho de 2023, utilizando como bancos de dados Scientific Eletronic Library Online (Scielo), Elsevier, onde serão pesquisados assuntos associados a Patologia em edificações. A pesquisa vai ser realizada em cima da plataforma do google scholar irá ser utilizado a procura das datas base em cima das seguintes frases: Fisioterapia em jogadores de handebol; Fisioterapia do esporte; História do Handebol e Reabilitação fisioterapêutica em jogadores de handebol lesionados. Oscritérios utilizados na seleção de publicações para esta pesquisa serão baseados em trabalhos relacionados com o tema escolhido. Considere que com a falta de um profissional da reabilitação fisioterapeuta, para atuar diretamente nos treinos e tratamentos voltados para preservar e conservar as integridades tendíneos e musculares dos atletas sendo eles profissionais ou amadores.en_US
dc.description.resumoPatellar Tendinopathy is a kinetic-pathology caused by pain in the knees of athletes, and is related to a degenerative dysfunction in the patellar tendon, generating localized pain in the patellar tendon near the insertions in the patella and tibial tuberosity. This pathology in athletes comes to be related to the level of competition and the time in which this practitioner is active, thus being common in basketball, handball and volleyball athletes, due to the high impact, which is the similarity between these sports, with a kinetic-pathological prevalence in the patellar tendon ranging from 11.8 to 14.4% in those who practice these sports. In this way, the study is of paramount importance not only for physiotherapy students, but also for all people who are interested in the subject and wish to obtain a more in-depth knowledge on the subject. Questioning in this context shows that physiotherapy in the rehabilitation process of this injury is very important for handball athletes. Thus, we sought to collect data / information in order to answer the following research question: What is the importance of the physiotherapist in the rehabilitation of these athletes. How difficult is it for athletes to perform their activities after a patellar tendon injury? Its general objective is to talk about the importance of the physiotherapy professional in the development of an effective rehabilitation program in the recovery of patients with patellar tendinopathy. Data collection will cover the periods from August to November 2022 and from March to June 2023, using Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Elsevier, as databases, where subjects associated with Pathology in buildings will be researched. The research will be carried out using the google scholar platform and will be used to search for base dates based on the following phrases: Physiotherapy in handball players; Sports physiotherapy; History of handball and physiotherapeutic rehabilitation in injured handball players. The criteria used in the selection of publications for this research will be based on works related to the chosen theme. Consider that with the lack of a physiotherapist rehabilitation professional, to act directly in the training and treatments aimed at preserving and conserving the tendon and muscular integrity of the athletes, whether they are professionals or amateurs.En
