dc.description.abstractEste trabalho apresenta a análise do índice de obesidade infantil em crianças de 10 e 11 anos em uma escola do município de Sinop/MT, o qual se estabeleceu como principal objetivo do mesmo, junto com levantamentos bibliográficos que exploram a obesidade infantil, os fatores de risco associados ao desenvolvimento da obesidade em crianças, a alimentação inadequada, sedentarismo e tecnologia, suas relações com a obesidade, consequências da obesidade em crianças, e medidas profiláticas para combater a obesidade infantil. Foi, então, realizado um estudo de campo em uma escola do município de Sinop/MT, para averiguar qual o índice de obesidade infantil, o grupo de amostragem foi composto por 73 crianças, na faixa etária de 10 e 11 anos, onde foi realizado avaliação física do Índice de Massa Corporal (IMC), e realizada entrevista com perguntas já elaboradas, sobre hábitos alimentares, hábitos diários, tempo de tela e exercício físico. Tendo em vista o aumento da obesidade infantil nas ultimas décadas, verificou-se que essa epidemia já está atingindo essas crianças, por isso a importância de medidas de prevenção e combate a essa doença crônica tem que ser prioridade da saúde pública.en_US
dc.description.resumoSpecific training for goalkeepers is of great relevance, as well as favoring the development of many variables such as improvement in health and behavior. The objective of this research was to analyze how the soccer goalkeeper training is done in the schools, and the specific objectives were: to carry out a survey of the historical evolution of football, to describe the training methods being them, the analytical method, situational and global, the goalkeeper and the specific training for this player, to identify the satisfaction of the athletes in relation to their position of goalkeeper and the specific training; evidence of the parents' perception of their child as a goalkeeper. Readings based on several authors were used to support the theoretical reference, the readings also served as a basis for interpretation and analysis of the data obtained in search of answers to the research objectives. We used field surveys with a qualitative approach, for data collection, we used mixed questionnaires, applied to (3) coaches and (6) parents of the goalkeepers, also using an interview based on a script containing mixed questions that were applied to the (6) goalkeepers, a recorder was used to obtain the answers in a clearer and more complete way, which were later transcribed in the analysis of integral form, without cuts. Through the analysis and interpretation of data, we obtained as results from the answers of the subjects of the research, statements related to the recognition of the importance of specific training for goalkeepers, placements on the methods used to perform these training, technical, tactical aspects and psychological, also presenting motivational factors and characteristics to be a good goalkeeper. Positive and negative results were found that contributed to answer the objectives of the study, leading to the emergence of new questions about the topic in question, necessitating new research related to the theme.EN
