dc.description.abstractNeste trabalho trouxemos a discussão a agilidade e segurança que a lei nº 14.063/2020 trouxe ao mundo dos negócios especificamente na legislação brasileira, pois com o advento da modernização que passou a assinar este documento de forma rápida e instantânea por meio de plataformas e aplicativos, nosso objetivo foi trazer o que o legislador brasileiro buscou regulamentar para essa nova forma de assinatura de documento dando segurança jurídica ao negócio ali tradado. Após leitura bibliográfica sistemática da lei, de artigos, doutrinas, notícias relacionada ao assunto de assinatura eletrônica e a agilidade que a mesma deu as negociações, percebemos que o legislador buscou adequar nosso ordenamento jurídico para trazer uma segurança jurídico ao documento, e percebemos que com o advento da lei, houve sim uma maior agilidade e segurança para que o documento assinado de forma eletrônica ou digital tivesse em corpo uma segurança jurídica para que as partes que firmaram o acordo de vontades, ao ser prejudicada pudesse ter seu direito reconhecido por meio dessa nova forma de assinatura no documento.en_US
dc.description.resumoIn this work we discussed the agility and security that law nº 14,063/2020 brought to the business world specifically in Brazilian legislation, as with the advent of modernization, this document began to be signed quickly and instantly through platforms and applications, Our objective was to bring what the Brazilian legislator sought to regulate to this new form of document signing, providing legal certainty to the business transacted there. After systematic bibliographical reading of the law, articles, doctrines, news related to the subject of electronic signature and the agility it gave to negotiations, we realized that the legislator sought to adapt our legal system to bring legal security to the document, and we realized that with the advent of the law, there was greater agility and security so that the document signed electronically or digitally would have legal security in body so that the parties who signed the agreement of wills, when harmed, could have their right recognized through this new form of signature on the document.En
