dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho pretende analisar de que maneira a Medicina Legal Auxilia a Justiça no Processo Penal. A medotologia utilizada nesse estudo foi bibliográfica,através de materiais de sites na internet, artigos, obras jurídicas, livros de Medicina Legal. Logo, pode-se concluir desse trabalho que a Medicina Legal auxilia a justiça no processo penal atavés da produção de provas, todo crime deixa vestígios e esses vestígios serão analisados pelos peritos e formaram os indícios que são a circunstância conhecida e provada e formaram o laudo pericial que contem descrição detalhada da cena do crime no caso do perito criminal em local de crime e o medico legista no instituto medico legal analisar o corpo da vitíma. Esses laudos ficaram disponíveis para a justiça. É muito difícil essas laudos terem algum erro técnico, eles smepre dizem a verdade do que realmente aconteceu na cena do crime, muitas vezes quebram a palavras das testemunhas e do acusado.en_US
dc.description.resumoThe present work intends to analyze how Forensic Medicine Assists Justice in the Criminal Process. The methodology used in this study was bibliographic, using materials from websites, articles, legal works, and Legal Medicine books. Therefore, it can be concluded from this work that Forensic Medicine assists justice in the criminal process through the production of evidence, every crime leaves traces and these traces will be analyzed by experts and form the evidence that is the known and proven circumstance and form the report expert that contains a detailed description of the crime scene in the case of the criminal expert at the crime scene and the coroner at the forensic medical institute analyzing the victim's body. These reports were available to the courts. It is very difficult for these reports to have any technical errors, they always tell the truth of what really happened at the crime scene, they often break the words of witnesses and the accused.En
