| dc.description.abstract | A lei 11.340/06 mais conhecida como Lei Maria da Penha, se deu por conta de fortes fatores agressivos a qual ocorreu com a Senhora denominada Maria da Penha, por muitos anos, vinha sofrendo agressões e com muitos anos de luta, em 2006 ela conseguiu que o Brasil adotasse uma medida de inibir a violência contra a mulher, desta forma, este trabalho abordara conceito de violência, bem como a sua importância, saber mais afundo sobre os direitos e deveres das mulheres, logo para isto acontecer, este trabalho será embasado em doutrinas, bem como a Lei seca, e entendimentos doutrinários sobre o tema pertinente, por final, será montado um conceito final sobre a visão deste tema, bem como a estatística sobre a diminuição ou não do crime de violência contra a mulher, logo será que a lei conseguiu atingir o seu objetivo em diminuir a violência contra a mulher? Para solucionar a presente questão é que se faz necessário o presente trabalho, a fim de demonstrar toda a efetividade da lei em questão. | en_US |
